The Government Relations Liaison is appointed by the Commodore and is responsible for all communications between the Club and the various governing agencies at El Dorado Lake State Park. The agencies include, but are not limited to, the Corps of Engineers, the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, the management of El Dorado Lake, and other entities that may, from time to time, be associated with the Club’s facilities at the Lake. The Government Relations Liaison will make recommendations to the Board to improve or enhance our good relations and reputation with these various agencies.
