The WVSC e-mail address (info@wvsailing.com or any variant that is established in the future) is for the explicit use of the Walnut Valley Sailing Club for communicating to the membership.

Acceptable uses are defined as being relevant Club information such as: the Windword, club activities, and details relating to storm, fire, vandalism, facility issues, water level or emergencies.  This email address is not to be used for personal information exchange.  If the Webmaster receives a request to forward an e-mail that appears to be of the personal nature, he must receive the Commodore's approval before forwarding that e-mail to the members automated system.
